Provenance: Horsford Family Papers were given to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute by Mrs. Augustus H. Fiske, Providence, RI in 1966. Augustus H. Fiske was the great-grandson of Eben Norton Horsford.
Conservation: All material has been rehoused in acid-free folders and boxes. Oversize material has been removed, flattened and placed in a map case. Published volumes have been removed, cataloged individually and added to special collections.
