records primarily reflect the decisions and resulting
actions of NASA Headquarters staff meetings, although
meetings with international dignitaries, industrial leaders,
Congressional staff, and the staff of other agencies are
also included; meeting topics cover a wide varity of issues:
planning and organization of NASA, its offices and centers,
management of programs and projects, status and planning for
the NASA budget, external, legislative and public affairs,
etc.
