All soliciting for charitable or other purposes in general study or stack areas is prohibited.

Unobtrusive soliciting in support of recognized campus-endorsed programs (e.g. the United Way Campaign, MMOC, Clothe-A-Child) may be permitted at library service counters or in staff work areas with the approval of Library Administration.

    • Examples of unobtrusive soliciting include:

      • Display of labeled collection containers and registration forms.
Selling raffle ticket chances in compliance with Institute and state regulations.

Inquiries about using library space for soliciting activities should be directed to the Coordinator of Public Services (x8325).
